Gym Rush…post-pandemic!

COVID-19 pandemic appears to be under control with 90% of the population above the age of 18 expected to be fully vaccinated by the end of this August. This is good news for gym goers.

We are ready to welcome vaccinated members.

Many have been thrown off their fitness schedules and gym habits. The uncertainties of the pandemic and movement control had members stuck at home throughout most of May and June.

Many people had to wait till July for the second dose, with a vaccine rush in the first half of the month. Eid holidays fell in the second half, arriving before members could resume gym, and shaving off gym visits for the whole month.

However, all gyms were open in the second week of the Eid Holidays, in readiness for the post-Eid & post-pandemic gym rush!

The time is now, to start gym!
Schools have reopened middle of last week on 10 August, and as COVID-19 recedes, everyone is hopeful that a new normal is possible. We are hoping to see members who dropped off before Roadhamas (April-May) return three months later this August.

We are upgrading our fitness service.

New Members are always welcome. While we have a stream of members resuming gym after short & long breaks, new members are always a source of pride for our Trainers.

Our Trainers are keen to understand what your fitness goals are. Our job is to help you achieve these goals. We take pride in being a club reputed for introducing new members to exercise culture. This includes guiding you through a variety of body weight, machine and free weight exercises, collectively called Fitness Weight Training.

Most of us are resuming fitness after three months of being inactive. Try a fitness test and find out how if you weight has changed. Your aerobic capacity, strength and flexibility scores may also have changed.

This is a good time of the year to aim for that physique you have dreamed of. Instead of waiting for the new year to start fitness, get fit in time for the new year. 2022 is only 6 months away. Give yourself a head start by resuming gym now!
