New Year 2023

WELCOME TO A NEW YEAR

We start 2023 with high expectations. The first of which is the self, You!

Getting your Body Mass Index to manageable levels will be a priority on your mind. The best thing therefore, is to do an exercise screening followed by a fitness assessment.

The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire or the PAR-Q tells you if you are ready to start an exercise program. A fitness assessment tells you where to start. Getting started is the difficult part.

This is where the fitness club comes in. You can call and or visit us. Our Instructors are always happy to help. Our job is to ease you into the right exercise program. If you are new, please tell us. We will teach you!

We are open Mon 2 Jan 2023 at 5.30am. The gym is open till 10.00pm daily. You have a window of 16 hours to vist on any week day. We are closed Fridays. Please visit, call 332-8722 or register your interest online here.

With COVID-19 more or less behind us, we are still careful with the gym environment. We hope to transition to ventilation and cooling this year. We will continue to maintain the HPA Guidelines as the new norm. This is for your safety. We also plan to open up the gym floor by Ramazan and upgrade our equipment later in the year.

Our academy continue with Batch 20 certification mid Jan and Batch 21 certification mid Feb 2023. A new Batch 22 is scheduled to start on Sat 21 Jan 2023. Registration is open at this link.

We welcome you to a new year with a new resolve. Ensuring 2-3 gym workouts a week will keep your body composition in check. Regular exercise can stop you putting on unnecessary fat. Let us look forward to another healthful year where wellness becomes your priority.

Happy New Year 2023.
