Zumba is a Latin dance inspired fitness routine with high calorie consumption (300 to 900 calories). Zumba is exercise in disguise. Zumba moves tones your muscles. A Zumba class introduces you to four basic rhythms with four core steps with each rhythm. Zumba has become popular fitness choice.

Zumba is a mix of low and high intensity interval style moves targeted at aerobic fitness. The core steps target muscle toning and flexibility.

Instructor

AIFA is a certified Trainer with a National Certificate III, Fitness Instructor qualification. She has one year experience as a full time gym Instructor as well as a keen interest in Exercise to Music. Apart from Zumba classes, she also co-teaches ETM for academy students.
