Power Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. He claimed to have learnt the system from his teacher, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements.

Hello, my name is Iba. I have been practicing yoga from a very early age and have practiced as a yoga trainer for about 7 years. My preferred style of yoga is a combination of power and vinyasa which is about gaining strength as well as building up a mindful practice for a better body and mind. What yoga has taught me most is that with constant practice and dedication you can achieve goals that you never thought were possible .
